I had an issue with my original order because I received the Paris fragrance instead of the MyWay I had ordered. I contacted AromaPro customer service and, although it took a little back-and-forth to get everything clarified, they ultimately handled the situation very well.

They honored their promise and included a complimentary 500ml MyWay with my next order. I received both the MyWay and Milan fragrances as expected, and I really appreciate that they followed through and made the situation right.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters to me is how a company responds, and in the end AromaPro resolved the issue and kept their word. Thank you for the good customer service and for making sure I received what was promised.
